Orders
Ordering with LZ Eats is very simple. Download the app (for Android and iOS) or visit our website www.lzeats.es. Confirm your location, choose a day and hour when you want to receive your order. Select a payment method and it’s done!
Payment
We accept all major world credit and debit cards processing them securely via Internationally recognised payment processors. These transactions powered by Stripe and PayPal are secure and encrypted so LZ Eats we do not see your card details. You can also pay by ‘wallet’ and top up your credit at any time.
Food
Each restaurant manages their own menus and prices. If you have any problems or questions with the restaurant’s products, please contact us to help you to solve it.
If you have any allergy or other dietary needs, please contact the restaurant directly who will be best placed to help you, or leave a comment on your order to inform us about this, so we can pass your comment on to the restaurant.

Who we are?
LZ Eats is a brand of Zebra Movilidad SL, a local company from Lanzarote. The company was formed in 2020 and continues in helping revive the island’s economy using proven and world-class technology. The team is made up of local workers and many of them joined us during the lockdown period when we started.
We are proud to be part of the solution to rebuild our beautiful island.
How to use LZ Eats?
As a customer you just have to create an account (or guest account) with your first order. Anyone can do it: resident, visitor or tourist. The delivery zones are specified on the order app.

What about the data?
Don’t worry, we are very strict and ethical about data. We have a privacy police on the footer of this page. Lanzarote is part of the European GDPR area, which means that your data is safe and controlled by the law.
How we earn money?
We earn a small commission from each order which is paid by the restaurants helping to cover the maintenance and costs of our professional systems. The delivery fee enables us to reward our local hard working riders with a fair living wage and the small service fee funds the #inyourlanguage friendly customer service support team.
Does the app work on my phone?
The app is available for Iphone and Android. If you have any issue downloading the app, use our ordering website www.web.lzeats.es Both systems enable access to the same products and payment methods.
We recommend the app as it is more intuitive, user friendly and convenient. You will need a WiFi network or your mobile data to use LZ Eats, the same as with any live ordering system.
How can I use my phone in Spain?
If your phone is from outside Spain, you can use the WiFi available in your hotel or public areas or you can use your network’s roaming data.
The App ask you to turn on location services so we can show you the best local restaurants and enable food tracking to your door.
